A Day of Arts & Sciences (and Rapier) in the Shire of Swordcliff on March 4, 2023
The return of our event dedicated to the Craftperson’s Green!
This day will be a relaxed project day based on the craftperson’s green concept, so like an A&S fair but with no judging, just work on your passions, show them off, talk to others, learn new things, and socialize! We have multiple rooms on site to put people so we’re using the following categories* to group Artisans –
~Bardic – performing
~Historical combat (classes)
If you’d like to set up in one of these areas and need a table (yours or ours) we NEED TO KNOW by Feb 26th so we can make sure space is set aside. If you DON’T need a table, just come and hang out and do your thing.
Please send a message to the Event Steward with your needs
*Does your thing not fit in one of those categories? That’s fine! These are just to put people working on similar things near each other, just let us know what you want to do and what space you need and we’ll find a spot for you.
Would you like to merchant? Email the event steward!
Alcohol is allowed as part of A&S activities ONLY. Fire or flame based activities must be in the outdoor space.
Lunch at The Village Green
For any food restrictions please contact Corasande by Feb, 20.
I would especially like a count for Vegan, Vegeterian and Gluten Free. Food will be first come first served.
Several kinds of soup:
At least Mulligatawny Lentil (Vegan, Vegeterian, and Gluten free) And a Tomato Beef Olive Garden clone soup, recipe still being tested.
Possibly a third one, this to be determined.
I will probably come up with another side, to be determined.
Price – $5
There are also many options nearby in downtown Springfield where you may dine out or get carry out and eat at the site in the cafe seating area. Here are a few options.
