Rapier

900 am – List opens for Inspections and Authorizations

1030 am – Cut & Thrust Tournament 

            Hosted by Maitre Philippe de Lyon. Round Robin format (although format may change based on numbers). No weapons restictions. Winner contributes to war point total.

1100 am – Prima Spada Challenge Tournament (Youth & Adult)

            Youth Fencers may participate in this tournament, all adult Youth Aprroved Fencers will be clearly designated.  All participants will be ranked according to sign-in order, you may challenge any fencer five ranks up from your current position. If challenger wins they take the rank of the loser and all others move down one rank. Winner is whoever currently holds the topmost rank at the end of tournament time limit. Proportion of top five at end of time limt contributes to war point total

1200 pm – Lunch Break

100 pm – Baroness Wars Rapier Melee Battle

            Champions of feuding baronies will meet to defend and uphold the honor of their patrons. If there is ANY deceit or shenanigans THERE WILL BE WAR!! (of course there will be, it’s Midlands). Single run melee, or possible best of three, sides determined by declaration of the Baronies and Shires. No RBGs, Death From Behind allowed. Winning side contributes to war point total.

130 pm – Midlands Regional Rapier Championship (Youth & Adult)

            Youth Fencers may participate in this tournament, all adult Youth Approved Fencers will be clearly designated.  Format to be determined by number of participants. All matches will be fought with matched weapons determined by dice roll, defaulting to single sword and RBG pistol if not authorized. No experimental weapons allowed. Top finishing Midlands resident will be declared the Regional Champion.

230 pm – Melee Team Tournament

            Each team consisting of five fencers, no more than one MoD and one GoA level fencer per team. Format to be determined by number of participating teams. No spears, no RBGs, no Death from Behind. Winning team contributes to war point total.

400 pm – List closes, Get Ready for Court

The Kickass Coronet Tourney

Friday Twilight tourney (9pm-ish)

The Kickass Cornet Tourney invites you to an evening of combat, boasting, and of course fire. That’s right the touch light tourney is back. It will have lots more fire to make sure everyone can see. Every coronet is encouraged to choose two champions, one on the field of the rapier, and one on the field for armored. These fighters will duke it out to see who the top fighter of the night is. If for some reason, one coronet wins rapier, and another wins heavy, there will be a surprise bonus round! So come join us for a silly evening of hitting and stabbing!

The Winning Coronet will also be able to influence the entire ’war.’ The winner can pick one shire or barony and have them Switch alliances! Treachery!

8AM Range open for inspection

9AM  open shooting 

2PM Midlands champion

“War point ” shooting throughout the day. War point will be man-sized targets at two distances. Each shooter will get one end of six arrows at the target(s) of their choice.

Various novelty targets throughout the day.

Royal rounds will be available if there is interest.

4:30 PM Range will close at 4:30 or half hour before court, whichever is later
